Raised in the small town of Truckee, became a resident of Rocklin in 1988. Attended Sierra College and CSUS and took her first job in the mortgage industry in 1998. Liz had a brief 5-year stint in Title & Escrow sales and came back into the mortgage industry specializing in reverse mortgages over 14 years ago, longer than most in the reverse mortgage industry.
Throughout her 14 years with American Pacific Reverse Mortgage Group Liz has been a part of the company’s growth, starting with business development and branding and marketing the company name in the local Sacramento and surrounding areas. Educating industry professionals and consumers is at the top of the priority list, along with volunteering and giving back to the community. During the origination process Liz takes pride in spending time with clients and family members involved in the reverse mortgage process and treats her clients like family.
Some of Liz’s accomplishments include recognition by peers in receiving Affiliate of the Year for Sacramento Association of Realtors in 2015 and Affiliate of the Year for Placer County Association of Realtors in 2016.
Married to husband Scott who is a local Financial Advisor, stepmother of two and fur mom to two chugs Marco & Rocko. Beach time, concerts and time with family is where you can find her in her spare time. Liz is also fluent in Spanish.
